If your health professional offers ePay, they’ll submit the claim electronically so you pay only what’s not covered by your plan.

From your phone

Take a picture of your receipt(s) and submit through our Medavie Mobile app in under a minute.

On our website

Take a picture or scan of your receipts and submit through the member services site.

By mail

Access forms online and submit by mail or at a Quick Pay location near you.

Sign up on the member services site or through the Medavie Mobile app.

*For individual plan members this process may vary. Coordination of benefits can be requested and confirmed when you submit your claim.

If you and your spouse are covered by separate benefit plans, you may be able to enjoy reimbursement for up to 100% of eligible claims.
